I called the school in the morning regarding my sister account, the statement showed that she owed R5381, I spoke several people and the advised to communicate Vinesha. This woman was unprofessional, rude and disrespected me, all I wanted was my sister account to be rectified.

I was listening to her while I called the office, when I asked her why is the account owing and she its your child fault she took laptop nd I know you are going to say its my fault, she said that with attitude I told her to sort the mess out or will take it further and I want feedback by COB then she kept silent for a moment nd she said she check with supervisor.

I then call back on the 13.01.14 to check feedback I spoke a guy and he advised that she is busy with a student she will call me back, as I thought she never called then I called again and, guess what the query is resolved she send silly email to my sister that the amount is reversed nd NO APOLOGY or explanation

I demand an apology from this RUDE woman, she waisted my time and I Iooked like a fool when I was told by Nombini that my sister's account is sorted. I even took a loan to pay this balance now i have to pay the loan i didnt have intention 2 take
