I have a data contract with cell c, which they have just terminated on the 24 January without my permission or knowledge, when I called the call center, they admitted to have cancelled this in error, and promised to get back to me with a solution, this call took place on the 27 January, since then i have received NO feedback, i have called the call center over 8 times, only to be transferred from one person to the next, and i have just been debited for the month?!
This is unprofessional and unethical, I need someone to rectify this immediately.
