We are currently paying for internet connection with a guaranteed speed of 4MBs however our internet sits at around 1.3MBs, with us still having to pay the same amount. The issue was solved for about a day but then went back to a slow connection again. Telkom is not responding to our requests to fix this. Super annoying.
