Cannot surf mobile internet

I have a 10GB unshaped 3G connection with 8ta/Telkom Mobile. The speed of my connection is pathetic. I have full HSUPA signal which should give me at least SOME form of connection. Just getting onto this Hello Peter website took forever. I cannot listen to music, I dare not stream anything and as the weeks go by it seems as if the connection just seems to stay in a steady state of decline.

I am not sure what my rights are in terms of the consumer protection act but I am essentially paying for a service I am NOT getting. I want a stable and USEABLE service else there really is no point in me paying for it. I am sick and tired of substandard internet in South Africa, it's actually pathetic that in this day and age we still have to deal with such slow internet.

I would like my case reviewed and sorted out asap or I will be forced to take matters further.
