I received an SMS on Friday 23 November stating that I have 171 unused MB's that would expire on Monday 26 November. On the Monday and while in CT I checked my mail as usual but realized the mails are very slow. So slow that I actually could not get some of the mails.By Wednesday I realized something was wrong as I was standing on 1900MB.By the weekend I was at 2000MB and I was not really using the phone. All applications was closed but this thing kept climbing. I phoned Vodacom and asked them to disconnect the Internet thinking that this was the reason for the excesive data usage. It appeared not to be the case as it still climbed at an alarming rate. I was sitting at 2500 MB then. I then switched off the phone completely but every time I turned it on it started running away. I eventually turned off the 3G and everything else. It then stopped. Can we please investigate what happened because this bill is going to be huge. I can't afford this kind of thing happening to me at this stage and need to know what happened. I don't often use the internet and this is crazy for just checking may mails. This is now 2 months later and still no official response from them.
