Dismal service- Call Centre Exec

Sisa Flatela called me on Friday to inform me that my contract on another number was cancelled on 10th Nov. Imagine my surprise when 1) I never knew that I had another number linked to my account, I did not even want that "supposed" number cancelled and 2) that SISA failed dismally at actually reading my complaint/request. I actually questioned that competence of such! He promised to call me on Monday (today) to give me feedback and the way fwd to cancel my contract and I have had NO RESPONSE. It no longer shocks me to receive such pathetic service but it does rate CELL C as the WORST service provider in my opnion.
