Overcharge on data - Sheer Stonewalling

I have been overcharged on my cell phone for data now for months, It all started in November 2012 when I was suddenly billed R7500 for data usage. Immediately I stopped using my phone for internet, and even turned off the data service on my phone but I kept on getting billed for data services used. When I query this with the accounts department all they say is that it is correct because their system tells them so. After months of pleading and begging to get a URL report from a Patrick Motswele to try and get to the bottom of this he finally printed a totally useless bunch of figures that does not show which sites I supposedly used. All it says I went into MYMTN with dates times and rates. I set up a meeting with him to explain this to me, he agreed that the report means nothing. Yet this report is used to prove that you have used the internet to the tune of R7500. At home I download movies, watch you-tube, do all my internet transaction, use Skype etc etc and my internet bill is never more than R1500. Yet when I use my phone for the odd Whatsapp message, check my e-mails once a day I rack up R7500 on data usage. Our service have now been suspend and sent to the legal dept.
