I received my MTN account today. There is a "Content Charge" of R171 against my account.
They were money for quite some time - I did not notice it!! Bad me!!
This is for something that I did not subscribe too.
I called MTN Call centre who was friendly, but only capable of telling me this was for Mira Networks, and gave me the Mira Call Centre number (which only work from 08h00 to 17h00).
I have not agreed to any Mira Network service.
How do I get my money back??
