I have a 3G model which is ONLY used to connect to the internet for work purposes. I have never used this sim for any sms's or phone calls. All incoming sms's are deleted immediately.

Now i've found with this months statement that Mira networks have started R7 per day from my account. This amounts now to almost R200 and vodacom cannot help me to recover this money.

Mira networks is unresponsive and 'cannot' supply me with a reason for why I cannot get my money back. THIS IS!!!
