I had a very bad month last year (oct) in which i used so much of my internet on my tablet (which if thought will cut off - by the way) which didnt' and goT a invoice for over R5000.00. Dudiffully I paid this and from there recieved the utter ridicules invoices from last year my payment are not under a R1000.00 and not the R389.00 they told me at the branch.
Yet again this month (after I had to phone, because the invoice says R789.00) the lady told me R1260.47.
what the!!! I cant keep this up. Where do I cancell my phone and internet contract???
My tablet I refuse to upgrade!!! It ends in may, and I will go over to Telkom R399.00 for 10gb much better.
Once again I recieved a ref no: 108686823. MTN PLEASE NOTE I WILL NOT LET MY DEBIT ORDER GO THROUGH AND WILL REVERSE IT!!!
