Sent an email to [Email Removed] on Friday, received an automated response telling me that "Your reference number is: EC-0O8W-3ZFZN1" and "We endeavour to resolve all queries within 24-working hours" and haven't had anything else since then...

Originally emailed [Email Removed] and was told that I should be dealing with vbsadmin.
