I logged a query via the MTNSP active page ref 98539069 on the 2nd of April 2013 needless to say I had no response from MTN and this is still in a Open status, I then sent an email to [Email Removed] as requested when I called the call centre, I received an automated email saying that someone would contact me to give me a ref number and resolve this, guess what no one did I sent a follow up email again automated email back and no one called.
All I want is to terminate my contract when it ends, I do not see why i need to give notice as this should be automatic if I haven't asked for it to be renewed.
