No response from call centre/emails

I have a Woolworths account that I'm paying via DMC. I phoned their only number 086 110 1729 but it just ringswith no answer. I then emailed the following, [Email Removed] (email was read, but no response), [Email Removed] got an out of office (Maternity leave) but Nathina was the designated person in Cherise's absence. I then emailed her/him on [Email Removed] (no response), tried [Email Removed] (email was read, but no response).

I am at my wits end as I'm trying to sort out my debt but they're not helpful.
