There was a problem with Afrihost's DNS service which resulted in our website being off-line for /- 18 hours. The issue was escalated to Warren, the support manager. The problem was resolved, but no exact reason given for the service failure.
We require this feedback for internal risk management reporting and are disappointed that we have had no response after several calls made and messages left.
All we want is an email from Warren with a satisfactory explanation of what happened.
