Mr. Marco Alexander's cellphone (Cell C contract) was on 14 December 2012. Since 18 December he has attempted to get his phone replaced. He is covered by C-Cover. After 15 January, he was still unsuccessful and asked me (Zea Lamprecht) to assist as I deal with Cellphone companies on behalf of our Company, NGK Ceramics. I have tried for more than a month with no joy from Cell C. I was eventually put through to the CEO's office after threatening to report their bad service, but to no avail. To-date, we have spent a fortunate on calls and Cellhire as Mr. Alexander is part of our management team and must be contactable. I have never before received such bad service! I would certainly not recommend Cell C to anyone.
