It seems that C Cover does not know what is happening on Cell C contracts. I recently upgraded my contract 084 299 5178 and received a Samsung Galaxy S4 mini. Please can someone responsible at Cell C confirm that this phone is insured / covered as I am bing billed for insurance cover. As per Clyde Govender at the call centre the phone is insured but Mario Greef at C Cover says that the phone is not insured. This was confirmed telephonically this morning with both parties. CAN SOMEONE CONFIRM THAT THE PHONE IS INSURED AND ADVISE C COVER TO UPDATE / CORRECT THEIR RECORDS. This service is appalling
