CELL C POOR SERVICE, UNFAIRNESS

I had just took an upgrade on my cellphone in march and my phione had fell down and stopped working, i then took my phone to lenasia branch c cell, the gent mohammed was very helpfull i was happy, a week and a half later i then got a call from cell c c-cover [ the insurance that im a covered with] telling me that my insurance should have been stooped in september and a whole lot of, i was extreamly frustrated becasue i didnt even use this phone . i then called c cell headoffice for some assistance, got told the same excuses not to pay for my phone damage. I have been trying to get hold of cell c c- cover from this morning 7.00am no luck, i have just hold of the CEO assistance at cell c explaining to her my situation, i pay for insurance and when it comes time to pay they back of,
bootom line - i would like my blackberyy 9790 replaced and delivered back to me, im not will to hear anymore excuses and i got told from cell c that i should make a pledge for cell c insurance to cover my phione damage! im not going to beg when i am paying for a service
i expect a call as soon as possible i even contacted the CPA and wiling to get my lawyers involved!
