I personally visited the Elridge branch of MTN to convert my BIS Service to BES Service in order to receive work e-mail on my smart phone. This was at 9am on Friday 24th January. MTN have managed to discontinue my BIS Service without installing BES effectively reducing my smart phone to useless. To add insult to injury, today (Wednesday 29 January) I received an SMS from "141" advising that BIS has been successfully installed on my phone!!! I have e-mailed the branch repeatedly registering my complaint and concern and have yet to receive a satisfactory response. Anyy response would be appreciated.
