The 2 Ladies which assisted us at Telkom The Glen were:
1. Tshidi Tlake
2. Nomie Malinga
In the last week of November 2013, my wife and I upgraded our telephone line to an ADSL line and we took a contract for a Samsung tablet; both the ADSL wifi modem and the tablet was out of stock.
The two ladies mentioned above ensured that when they received stock, both items were kept aside for us and I received an email confirming that the products I required were ready for collection.
The service we experienced at this branch from these two ladies was exceptional.
I would definitely ensure that any business I have with Telkom stores are conducted at the Glen branch in future.
