I have received not one reply from Vodacom

Good day

I went to the Longbeach Branch of Vodacom on the 5th January 2014 and ordered with one of the consultants a Black Samson S4 Mini, they did not have any in stock and the consultant said he would order it that day and I should be able to pick it up the next day and that he will call me when it is ready. The next few days I had received no response from Vodacom. I then called Vodacom Longbeach branch and spoke to another consultant, this was on the 17th January 2014, he said that an order was only placed on the 14th January 2014 and was not sure when they would be receiving stock. I asked him if it was possible to ask other branches and he had managed to locate one at the Gardens Center Branch in Town and that he would personally pick it up Saturday 15th January 2014 morning and call me to collect it in the afternoon. Once again I had received no phone call since then. I have phoned them yet again today 20th January to find out what is going on and is now waiting for them to call me back. I am runny out of patience with their lack of respect for customer care response and feedback, this situation has become very frustrating for me.
