I have cancelled this contract in December already

I wanted to upgrade my account in August last year. Having done the request for the upgrade, I desided to rather wait for the iPhone 5, so I called to cancel the upgrade. I never received the iPhone and assumed the contract was left as is. I then phoned in again, on 11-12-12, to find out when I can cancel the contract, as I wanted to convert to Prepaid and was told cancellation cannot be effected as I have just upgraded. After a lengthy explanation to Arnold that it was cancelled, he said that he can see that I never received the phone and will action the reversal of the Smart 229 package and the cancellation will be effected on 28th Jan 2013. Yet on the 31-12-12 I received an SMS to say that "the Migration to Smart 229 has been completed successfully" I was on holiday the and decided to pursue the issue again in January, as I thought it was their way of saying he attended to it. I phoned again in January and was told that they indeed activated the Smart229 package and will cancel and credit me. I received 2 sms's to this efect on 11-01-13. Today I checked and saw that i am still being billed for Smart 229! Raymond admits that their system went down and he never actioned it!!!
