I made a complaint last month to Nashua Mobile about the very high account bill that I received, I have yet to receive any response on this from Nashua Mobile.
I have just received this months bill and again it is very high, I cant understand what has changed in the last two months and why my bill is suddenly over a thousand rand more that i has been for the past year!!!
I want answers and will be cancelling this months debit order until this issue is resolved, I have been a loyal client of Nashua Mobile for many years but am now questioning whether to cancel all services with them due to this pathetic lack of service.
I would have at least expected a response from them last month.
Very Angry!!!
