Series of unpleasant service encounters

I'm very unhappy with the service I'm receiving from Nashua Mobile, this is probably the 10th email I'm sending to you guys complaining about the service. I have just received a call from one of your personnel informing me that my line is being suspended as they need to investigate why my bill is sitting on R2395.19 from the 1st of September till to date. I find this totally impossible because I have tried to refrain from using this number (0836409011) for making calls. I get bundles credited on this number but use the internet rarely except to receive and respond to emails and whatsapp messages and I don't think those could escalate the bill to this amount.
I've had a series of unpleasant service encounters with Nashua Mobile and will never recommend it to anyone nor renew any contract with you. I've informed almost 10 of your consultants that I'm not receiving my statements via email anymore and this is still not rectified, instead I have to phone in every month to get the exact amount to pay which is an inconvenience to me. My lines were suspended since April and unlocked at the end of July, to date I have not been able to get my airtime back on my other number (0788938871), on
