Upgraded Package - What Upgraded Package?

I upgraded my uncapped ADSL package from a 4Mbs to a 10Mbs package on 22-01-2014 and paid a pro-rata fee for the rest of January 2014. The following day my line sync rate via the Afrihost (AH) online portal showed 5Mbs. I queried this and AH said they had synced my line to 10Mbs and that I should reboot my router which I duly did - still no difference. I logged a fault and waited. Every day I have checked the sync rate and it is always at 5Mbs and every day I send a screenshot to AH asking what the issue is and when it is going to be resolved. The history of this complaint was available via their online portal until today. It has been deleted but the issue has not been resolved and I am still sitting with 5Mbs sync rate despite having paid for 10Mbs. If AH don't do something about this matter TODAY and give me a rebate for the days I paid for but haven't got the service I will cancel my subscription and find another internet service provider because I'm sick of being ripped off for non-delivery of service. Pathetic!
