No feedback on a seemingly simple issue

Recently signed up for 1mbps uncapped data package from Afrihost and decided to migrate my ADSL line to Afrihost as well. Upon migration, I asked that my line and package be upgraded to 2mbps. I am being billed for this, yet my line still syncs at 1mbps. I've phoned and emailed various times and each time I simply get told that they have resubmitted a regrading on the line.

The last time I phoned in, I spoke to Sabelo Mbokazi and pleaded that he please take responsibility for my issue - he said that he would get back to me, but I have not yet heard back from him. I also didn't appreciate him referring to me as 'dude' on the line!
