Received email from Afrihost: Your line has been upgraded from 4Mbps to 10Mbps.
I changed package to 10Mb because of the email. The line however only synced at 4Mb.
I queried with Afrihost and was told i am too far from exchange and line can only handle 4MB.
I reverted to 4MB again and asked nicely that i not get charged any prorata for the 10MB line.
I just got a deduction of R122 from my bank account for the prorata on upgrade...
I am not impressed by the fact that i got an email saying i was upgraded without Afrihost confirming i was really upgraded and then got charged for a service which i cannot use because i upgraded because of their incorrect email.
Tried speaking to 2 separate agents and get told to hold and i am still holding.
I don't want excuses to say that the money will be deducted from my next monthly account. I want the money refunded. Failure to do so will result in me leaving afrihost.
