I logged a call on the 23rd of January 2014, ADSL intermittent. The problem is that the Downstream SNR starts at 6bd when I reset the router and goes down below 3db within 5min and then resets. I need the telkom van to come out and sort out possible cable problems in our street. I have had no response back from them at all!
The telkom automated switchboard does not work 90% of the time. Asks you if the number you calling from is the one in question, "yes", then insert the number in question, "insert number", the mobile number where ref number will be sms'd to "insert mobile number", then it tells you "There seems to be a problem", then beeeeep, call end. Holy smokes, you want a man to go bananas?!
So I have to hit hellopeter just for a follow up considering I cannot call telkom, sad.
