For the past seven days I have had no adsl on my number - we also have had a temporary cable lying on a wall as our cables had a problem for the past six months that despite numerous calls have not been fixed. Last night I spend 58 minutes on a call to the call centre to try and get my router and adsl to work - the response eventually there is a problem and we don't know when we can fix this - yet I paid in January for 3 xtra gig that I will now loose.
the service and the time to try and fix a problem is so frustrating - please telkom...
