We logged a call yesterday regarding our Telephones being down, we cant make or receive a calls, as a result we are loosing business, no one from Telkom has responded or called back on the mobile number that we provided, its now a second day and the Hotel is still without phones, bytes has already confirmed that the problem is with the 1521 FL Alcalatel Box that must be replaced, bytes logged a call and we logged a call, and Telkom has not treated this as urgent, the call centre agent are not providing a time frame
