I find that now a days service to be a serious problem in SA. The paying customer just doesn't receive service that we are supposed to be getting.
That said; I amazed every time I have to deal with Vodacom just to move to Vodashop, Fourways Mall and having MAX DE HAMEL come to the rescue to fix and sort out the issue.
Well done Max! You really give new meaning to the word customer service. It's always a joy dealing with you as you are knowledgeable, informative and just jacked up! I wish that call centre staff can get training from you; cause what you are doing if fabulous!
