Repair not done!!!

On Saturday 26 Jan I took my Blackberry Q10 to Vodashop Key West and was "attended" to by Heinrich and then the store manager Tshepo. The problem was that my phone does not display the digit pressed. I was promised my repaired phone back by Friday 31 Feb. The handset arrived at the store today - the software had been upgraded and the problem remained, worse than when it went in. Clearly the handset had not been tested by the technician (Dumi at Vodacom Repairs Fourways Mall). After Tshepo and Marthinus had both checked the phone I was advised that it would have to go back to Vodacom Repairs Fourways Mall and would take approx 14 working days to be looked at and replaced. The store cannot replace the handset because it is "against procedure".
I have spoken to Dumi at Fourways Mall who is unable and/or unwilling to expedite this process to a committed time.
Vodacom's Executive Client Liaison is no longer at work at 16h52 for them to assist.
And all the while I am paying for a handset and a service that I am not receiving!
