Dont care attitude, no sense of urgency

So disgusted by the service i got from the vodacom in fourways mall yesterday, i have been without a sim card up to date because a sim swap went wrong- both my sim cards are not working i call vodacom every day but no once seems to help- its been threee days i am without my number
i call every day no one seems to care- the slow service i got from fourways mall was worse even the call center is better- she checked the sim and told me something was not done right after i sat there for almost 20 min she then told me to go to another vodacom as they wont ssist me there, she continues to say but they are closed by now u need to come back tomorrow- like going to vodacom every day is a hobbie
