On 22/04, I complained on HP about the service of Martinus Vermark at the Vodashop Key west. The person who resolved this matter was Dumisa Dyosini from Fourways. We have had to take the phone back as it is still not working correctly, however Dumisa was very helpful. I look forward to having the phone fixed properly / replaced with a new unit as it is in for the second time in the first month of having the contract.
Thank you Dumisa for the AWESOME service! I will only deal with Vodacom Fourways.
