Still no sign of hope

Good morning Kim Thornton

It is me again, I am not happy and I am getting tired of this, I called Vodacom today at 08:19 on 0821945 and asked them to just check if the phone has arrived in SA and when can they expect delivery of it. To my surprise the lady who I was talking to, Ms/Mrs Thabeka Mdatyulwa, who informed me that there is no stock, nothing has arrived and there is no estimated date for stock arrivals because Nokia does not have stock, I do not believe this story and I would like some factual straight answers please... I am asking nicely, what is going on, why do non of the employees have the same story, why am I being fed different stories everytime I call and when can I expect delivery... I need these questions answered, it is not a lot to ask and it is something Vodacom should be able to do and get right without hassle, so why is it not happening?

I am starting to feel Vodacom is hopeless and no better than MTN or Cell C
Please bring clarity to this
