I took out a blackberry Z30 on contract but the software failed after 3 days and they want to offer me the same phone although I am willing to go on a higher priced contract with a different phone but they are not allowing me to. Apparently all the Z30's have software issues so why cant I get a different phone on a higher contract? Please help me. I'm using my wife's phone as I was not even given a loan phone.
