Poor service

I have a cellphone contract with nashua, my account was in arrears but they debited R2500 on the 24th january 2014 which settled the whole amount including this month debit, i tried calling customers service to unlock my line since it was soft locked but i hold for the credit department forever, yesterday i went to one of the branches at mapomya mall i talked to consultant they called IT and credit dept and they said it will be unlocked, today i do follow up via emails and cols now they say it just reflected in their system they will unlock it after 24hrs AGAIN! now the lady i was talking to said is transferring my call to IT but just hung up the phone! now its really unfair coz they don't even get back to you, you hold the phone forever, now i mus Wait another 24hrs yet they were quick to debit money in my account but for them to give me proper service they take years! the next thing come month end i must pay for a phone i used a few times! ill rather cancel the contract with immediate effect!
