23 days and still no answe

Booked my cellphone in for repairs. Had phone for less than 6months and battery would not last for an hour. Booked phone in with its warranty on 6 January and still not received back. I use my phone for business and this is a real nightmare. I will never renew my contracts or recommend to any1
