DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM VODACOM

My son applied for a portfolio upliftment on his contract at the beginning of Dec 2013. Vodacom informed him that he had a judgement against him, which he disputed. It took the whole of Dec to get proof that he has absolutely no judgements against his name (and never has had any) and he therefore qualified to uplift his portfolio. He took proof of this to Vodacom and they agreed that there was never any judgement against his name and promised that within 48 hours he would be able to get his portfolio upliftment and get a new cellphone. Well, after numerous e-mails to Preston (most of which were ignored), and many 48 hours having passed, he still has had no feedback and will definitely NOT be continuing his contract with Vodacom. What disgusting service!
