Telkom Billing department cannot assist in months

I am utterly disgusted with the worst customer service I have received ever in my life. We had issues with Telkom since I can remember. Long story short. We activated a debit order last year and money was debited of our account. Telkom then cut my service and I had to pay for something I was not able to use (ADSL) service. I queried it with Telkom Billing and I have a long trail of emails with Andile Makina which has still not been resolved. I was asked for bank statements etc which I have provided but still Telkom says no the debit order was rejected. I am so fedup with this kind of service.
