I changed my debit order date numerous occassions, visited vodashop for an upgrade that was due, myself that was getting the benefit. To pay my account through struggle PAYMENT was made on time every month services fees was added..I am also due for an upgrade where my portfolio was decreased after contacting vodacom geting ref numbers it has been a month still I wait for a reply wit no result till date should I wait for an answer or cancell all my contracts due... A different network? Service and communication channel is absurd!
