MTN Trying to save a quick buck

I handed in my phone for service to MTN, my sisters phone went with it, as they both have problems, on my phone, the frame was cracking and the USB port was not transferring data, so they replaced it, with a Refurbished phone!!! Why Refurbished? I handed them a new one, the least they can do is hand me a new one back, the phone works fine for now but if it breaks I will be demanding a new one. My sisters phone had some corrosion on one small plate on the motherboard and was marked BER (beyond repair) and returned to us, that is the reason it was overheating, MTN claims water damage from Humidity, we live in Johannesburg and it never goes near, rain, water or showers, they must replace it with a NEW model not Refurbished. And lastly I have been waiting for MTN to get back to me on coverage in my area, a booster antena was supposed to be installed and it never happened, I will definitely be changing contracts to another service provider when the contract is up unless they fix this immediately! My family and my neighbours have been loyal to MTN for over 7 years, and we constantly ask for better coverage and it has never happened.
