Eceived an email the other day saying adsl uncapped prices have dropped and for R20 more i can get 2mbps uncapped upgrade on my 1meg line.enquired about total price and was quoted adsl line price stays same @R200. previously complained about line price as website and customer zone price shows R150. tried online live chat but it dont work!.many times. then mailed asking a Monique April why im being charged R50 over and that ive asked previously but got the run around. and also asked to be refunded for all the months ive been overcharged but got no reply. then mailed again asking what happen and Mujeeb Brey replied asking my ticket number which is 1831943. now today get mail from a Yusuf Leeman saying that my querie is passed on to the dsl team!
LIKE SERIOUSLY?? im being overcharged... web africa knows their prices and so does evrybody who looks it up on their site!! i want my R50 per month extra back for the months ive been overbilled. and also can somebody please give me a correct total for an uncapped 2mbps package including the telkom line?.i did my calculation without any help looking at yr website online and i get R199 R150=R349...
poor customer service, response and billing!
