I've been trying to get through to Telkom's call centre for 3 weeks now but to no avail. I hold on for 20 to 40 mins at a time and nothing, no one answers. Trying to cancel a line and now I'm going to be billed for a line I'm no longer using for 3 weeks already. Seems to me you no longer have any call centre staff. You can't go on treating customers like this, this is pathetic.
