Contacted 10210 regarding adsl line speed as I am being billed for 2Mbps yet the Max speed available is only 1Mbps in my area (see copied below), I am being billed an extra -R150 for a service which is not even available? after having called and enquiring yet when checking again I am still on the 2Mbps billing. I was not even given a reference number for my call as I was advised to escalate to the "technical division" for them to "investigate" a fact taken off their own "secure"website. Telkom should refund alternatively change ISP, they in any event don't care about service.
