Erroneous billing continues

For 3 months after renewing my data plan with Autopage i was billed an incorrect subscription and every month i had to phone in to request a credit. Now after receiving my December bill the amount due had sky rocketed. Firstly in calling and asking the question, no one in the call centre could understand my query or pick up a problem after reviewing the billing breakdown. Eventually when i received the breakdown and called in once again the agent i spoke to also agreed something was not right. THe billing references where VLIVE which i was informed of as being the voadcome website. this charge occurred every few seconds and i was charge a standard rate and standard data for each time. I never ever go on the vodacom website so i do not know how this could happen. In questioning every person i speak to no one can work it out. I have been back and forth with the call centre, credit deapartment and accounts department. It has now been sent to the IT people to investigate but i still have no feedback and it has been almost a week. I cannot get hold of anyone that is dealing with my query and the accounts department does not have a inbound facility for me to contact them. T
