Billing Disaster Leaves me Disconnected

I am fuming after the second time doing a SIM Swap my account sits in the legal department leaving me disconnected for days on end. I call Autopage and the incompitant clerk that answeres the phone tells me she cant help me she needs to speak to a supervisor. I insisted to speak to a supervisor and after holding for 15min the clerk gets back to me and tells me i must give my cell number for the supervisor to phone me (the cell number ISN'T WORKING). Firstly... WHY IS MY ACCOUNT SITTING IN LEGAL? Its not in arrears! This is the 2nd time and this after battling 4 days the first time to get it sorted out and then was assured the error was corrected... Surprise Surprise! Guess AutoPage Assurance is a good as their billing department... Why am i not surprised???!
