On 03.05.2013 I received my billing statement & noticed I was being charged for data for Feb & March when my contract was only activated on 20.04.2013 after numerous calls from February. I spoke to a consultant who informed that my query would be forwarded to the billing department & i should recieve a response within 48 hours. Follow up calls to Thandazile on 31/05, Antoinette on 07/06, Lwandle on 19/06 proved futile. My last call was on 24/06 & i spoke to Ayanda a senior consultant in the billing department who was just as incompetent. When asked to be transferred to senior manager, she transferred me back to the call centre. I have spent between 20 to 30 minutes on each of these calls. Never again will i wish to deal with this company and cannot wait for this contract to be over.
