Account problems immediatly after line installed

I have just had a line installed because i need an ADSL line (I wish we didnt have to use Telkom for this)
My order was just installed and they have mixed up my details with someone else. Im not even on their system but i have a line installed in my house!!!
After an hour on the line to the order department, they have to open a new account for me and do a change of ownership of the account!
I have steered clear of Telkom as any form of provider for the last 12 years. Now i know why.
Useless company run by bafoons!
