Absolutly no Feedback

Hi
I upgraded to the LG G2 on the 7th the phone had a crack in the screen by the 16th I was told that this was outside the 7 Day Replacement agreement, and that the phone would have to go in for assessment. I handed the phone in to MTN East Rand Mall on Monday the 20th as I was told they do not take in phones on Fridays. I was told I would be contacted on Friday I was not to which I went to the store and told Thembi was not in and she would phone me on Monday it is now Tuesday I have received no update the details on their website seem to go no where the email address is not valid and the phone number 083 869 6637 only rings have tried this number since yesterday morning to no avail. I do not have time to go to MTN again only to be told that Thembi leaves before I get there and that no information on my phone can be given, I was told I would be given a cover for getting the LG one lady says this promotion is no longer happening the other that they waiting on covers and another person that they received stock but haven't unpacked it yet. this is becoming a very unpleasant experience. I have to now go to the store again expecting no service
