I have reported this fault on the 13th January 2014. It is now the 28th January and no one has come to my aid, I have no internet and my line is dead and various attempts to contact Telkom to assist have failed including the number on their website for complaints 011 333-7188 which does not exist how convenient!
I follow up on the track a fault and all it tells me is that it has been reported YES I know that when is it going to be fixed???
